morning-routine-matters

I woke up this morning contemplating how so many of us have been conditioned to starting our day and how it affects our present and future. I was guilty of jumping out of bed in a rush and rushing everyone else along. Doing the long commute to work listening to the local radio traffic jam repots, the latest gossip and the early drama segments that make the morning show entertaining.  It’s what many of us do, yet I found myself miserable and stressed before I even clocked in to work.  Yuck!

When I started my personal development journey I learned that the 1st 20 minutes of the day are crucial. Not just for the present but also the future. It sets the goal of what our mind, spirit and conciseness focus on. It’s no wonder life was so chaotic! I was focusing unconsciously on the wrong things and attracting more of what I didn’t want.

In the video below I share a few tips to get your mind, spirit and conciseness focus on the right thing.

Woke up thinking about this and just had to share it with you.
